I have been thinking about making a new account for a while now , and I randomly decided to do it.
I just think my username is a little out of date. I actually hate the name "jackiejealousy". i think it screams immaturity , and I want to be taken a little more seriously as an artist.

So , remember those photo series ideas I had you all vote on ? I've been working on them and I should be done with the first one (seven deadly sins) very shortly.
I've been working on my own ideas lately, and I nodiced something really odd about dA. As many as my long-term followers know , my style and concepts have really changed since the day I started photography. I feel like I'm straying away from my old self , and in a way thats really good for me. I nodiced that the photos I feel are my strongest and most asthetically appealing get the least recognition here on dA, and the ones I'm not that fond of get the most. I'm in no way complaining , I seriously appriciate all the love I get here , its just a little observation I made. (: In the past I stuck to sort of , clique photos , less conceptual. I figured that , because of the great feedback , thats whatt I'm best at. But I recently have been breaking the mold I made for myself.
Anyway , most of you know , I got a new camera!!! Its a nikon coolpix L110. My amazing boyfriend gifted it to me for our anneversery. He's such a lifesaver! ♥ I've been experimenting and shooting with it non-stop since he gave it to me , and I must say , I'm in love.
OH! And I think you guys will like this! I'm doing a series of close-up portraits. Something I haven't done in a looong time. It involves glitter , mini mouse ears (i made 3 different pairs) , glitter , and lipstick. I'll give you a prieview hopefully before the end of the weekend.

I just want to thank you guys from the bottom of my heart on all the warm messages and comments I get. It really means so much to me , you have no idea. I read every single comment you guys leave. I promise I'll be better about replying sooner , I'm really short on time I get online nowadays. Also , for everyone that comments , I just want you to know I view everyone of your galleries and youre all soo talented! I love you all so much!
